Gretchen ONeal:

Hello, everyone, and welcome to lesson 124 in A Course in Miracles. Today's lesson is, let me remember, I am one with spirit. Let me remember, I am one with spirit. Yesterday, we spent the day giving gratitude to spirit for everything that we have discovered and understand to this point. Obviously, one of the key things that we have learned is that we are always one with spirit. Spirit is always a part of us. We are a part of it in part of everything else. And so today, we're going to practice abiding with spirit. Basically, we're going to practice just living with our connection with spirit. You're going to have two sessions today, again, about 15 minutes each have mindful meditation. And there is no special words, no special concept that I want you to work on. I just want you to practice going deeper, and opening that door to connect with spirit. Practice the basic tenets of mindful meditation, of letting go of errant thoughts that enter your process, things that are more involved with your ego and your day to day versus looking within. I want you to start practicing listening to that voice within living from your soul's purpose, and connecting with spirit, finding that place where all of a sudden that peace comes over you. And you now realize that you are open to receiving anything that comes to you. Anything that comes today could be from spirit could be from guides could be from yourself. But today is a day to look at yourself through spirits eyes. Remember that image that we created several lessons ago, where we wanted to see how we imagine ourselves when we dream or when we entered this mindful state versus our physical representation. That soul image is what I want you to connect with today in this meditation, and that is the image that you should hold when you're connecting with spirit. So today is simply a practice session on developing and abiding with spirit. Enjoy your sessions today. And join us for the lesson tomorrow.
