Hi, it's Gretchen, welcome back to A Course in Miracles. Today is lesson 123, which is I think spirit, for its gifts to me. I think spirit, for its gifts to me. Today's lesson is actually just a practicing gratitude, we are going to thank spirit, for everything that we have learned to this point for everything we now understand and know to be true for the gift and blessing of love and our life, and the understanding that by living from love, and practicing forgiveness, that we now have the key to joy and peace and happiness throughout our life. We are now living the life that spirit intended, we are living an authentic life, and one from our soul. So today is the day to give thanks. It is also a day to practice the law of infinite abundance, which is whatever we put out, we get back tenfold. So by putting out thoughts and intentions of gratitude, and thankfulness, and understanding and love, that is what we are attracting back into our life in abundance. Also, by putting that out there, that is the energy that we are meeting everybody with today. And hopefully inviting them to do the same. We are surrounding them in a blanket of love and gratitude and forgiveness, and allowing them to understand how great this feels, and provide them with that common piece that we now understand to be true. So today is a day to give thanks. I want you to spend up to 15 minutes twice today. Just in a mindful meditation, of gratitude, there is no special thing you need to say. Or do. Just hold space in your meditation for spirit to provide messages back to you. So just be thankful. Just acknowledge what you've learned and be grateful for it. And see how that energy shifts for you today. am hoping that at this point, you're recognizing that you are experiencing more calm and more peace, less tension and less anxiety in your days, ever since you started this course. If you look back on day one, and you look at yourself now, more than three months later. How do you feel your days have changed? How is the energy in your life different? How are you processing information differently? Are you finding yourself more tolerant, more compassionate, more understanding of events and people around you? And are you more at peace. Give thanks for everything that you've discovered throughout this course to this point. And enjoy living today in gratitude. Have a wonderful day and join us for the session tomorrow.
