Hi, everyone, welcome back to A Course in Miracles. Today we start a 10 day review of the last 20 lessons, you will see that we do this quite often in this course, this is not only just to review and refresh the concepts, but to use this review period to teach you how to apply them. So, like in school, we would call this period the practical application period. Whereas the other lessons, we're just learning the theory. So during the review of part three, we're going to spend two extended sessions each day, you can do one in the morning and one in the evening. And in the sessions, you're going to review the first of the two concepts in the morning. And the second of the two concepts in the evening, you're gonna review this in the typical format that we use of a mindful meditation, you can either choose to repeat the concept to yourself, and just let your mind go and see what messages you receive. Or you can use the pre recorded podcasts which I will put at the end of each review lesson for the day, so that you don't have to go back and download them or find them, they will be part of this podcast. And you can use that as your morning in your evening review. Throughout the day, however, I would like you to take the two concepts that are being reviewed for the day. And if you need to write them down quickly, so that you have them at the ready throughout the day, I highly recommend doing that. But during the day, back to our every hour on the hour, I want you to look at the two concepts I want you to say them to yourself. That's all that's required. This isn't about doing an individual meditation each hour, I just want you to repeat the concept. Reason being, we are trying to train the mind to operate from soul. And from spirit versus from the self. Your conscious waking mind has spent all of your life focused on operating from the self from those false perceptions from living in that untrue reality. We now want to train the conscious mind your waking mind, to operate from soul to get its cues from love and from spirit. And one of the easiest ways to do that is to remind yourself every hour of these concepts that puts them in the forefront of your mind. That makes them a focal point of your waking consciousness all throughout the day. So this is also a training ground here. So please don't ignore this part of the review. Please take the time each day. To do this repetition every hour. The easiest way to do it is to write the two concepts down, put them on your phone, you can set an alarm on your phone every hour to look at that note, or you can remind yourself to look at it you can post it on your computer screen where you're going to see it all day, I just want you to make an active effort to put this in your waking mind for the rest of the review period. So for the next 10 days, this is the goal. A morning meditation and an evening meditation focused on one of the concepts that you were viewing for the day. And then during the middle of your day, every hour, I want you to simply repeat the concepts, put them in the forefront of your consciousness, and let them live there for the remainder of your day to day. Enjoy this review period, really work on actively living from your soul for the next 10 days. Take note of the changes that you experience. And definitely take note of your overall mental state. Are you happier? Are you more at peace? Are you calmer? Be mindful of those changes as well. Have a wonderful review period. And again, the podcasts for today's to review lessons will follow. Have a great day. Hi, it's Gretchen and welcome to lesson 109 in A Course in Miracles. Today's lesson is I rest in spirit. I rest in spirit This lesson is about finding that peace when the world is in chaos. When everything in the false reality that we live in, is going haywire when you, when typically feel attacked, and nervous and scared and feel like your world is blowing up. I rest in spirit means you take that moment to close your eyes, journey within and remind yourself, who you are. What is the truth and how nothing matters, but your function and your function in this world is love. Nothing else matters but your connection to spirit. Everything that's going on around you doesn't matter. At the end of the day, you are going to be fine. The only thing that can cause you pain is how you perceive everything that's happening around you, if you choose to perceive it, in love, and the fact that it cannot hurt you because you are connected to spirit and you are invulnerable. Then you can look at everything around you far more objectively, without emotion without your perception filters going haywire. And you can perceive the truth in every situation and understand everything is okay. It is what it is. And it cannot hurt you. Whatever will be will be. So why worry about it. There's nothing to fear, but fear itself. All of these cliches come from the same place. They come from people who understood it doesn't matter. It is a false reality. The only thing that matters is your connection with spirit. So when I say I rest in spirit, I'm saying I am not going to let this stuff in. I find my peace. And I find my calm in my connection with spirit. And I will close my eyes and I will journey inward. I will listen for messages to guide me or I will just enjoy the balance and calm and focus on my breath. And understand I am okay. I am at peace. There is no set exercise today. This is a lifestyle. This is a piece of information that you should use every single day for the rest of your life. I rest in spirit. When you feel yourself getting wound up anxious, feeling like nothing can go right to feeling like everything is problem. I rest in spirit. Take that moment to reconnect and you will find your balance again. Welcome to lesson 110 in A Course in Miracles. Today's concept is I am as spirit created me. I am as spirit created me. One of the most important things that we can gain from taking the time to go through this course is the complete understanding that we are the perfect manifestation of spirit. We are unique individual souls created by and forever connected to spirit. There is nothing wrong with us. There is nothing that Spirit wanted to ever cause us pain, harm, doubt, fear, anguish, or any form of suffering in this life. Spirit does not have a master plan that involves us suffering. Spirit is about love. We're all supposed to be connected in love. We're all supposed to be happy and at peace. And we'll support and forgive each other and love each other and help each other. live our best and most authentic lives. We each have a purpose and something to provide to us. We each are here to gain knowledge through our individual lives and our unique souls and share that With everyone else I am as spirit created me, there is nothing wrong with you, there is nothing that needs to be changed about you. You are perfect as you are, you have worth and value as you are. It is inherent in you. We lose sight of that, as soon as we believe we are somehow separate from spirit. And it is our purpose to somehow reconnect and gain, you know favor with spirit and somehow be let into an inner circle. That is not how it works. That is part of the false narrative that we have been taught. We have never left spirit, we have never not been part of the circle. It is one huge circle where everyone is connected in a member. There is nothing you have to do to gain favor, you are already blessed. You are already saved. You have already earned your place. I am as spirit created me. Another way to say that love yourself. Love spirits creation. Love yourself exactly who you are, how you are, why you are. Love yourself. I am as spirit created me. I want you to practice this idea today with thanks and blessings and gratitude. And the gratitude is just for having that miracle today. That miracle is that perception shift where you now step away from the belief that you are somehow flawed and damaged and separate from spirit. And instead, live your life and perceive yourself from love. Where you know that you are perfect. You are connected to Spirit you are that manifestation of Spirit you are that light. And it is your uniqueness that brings your value to this world. So you must live authentically you must live as spirit created you. I want you to practice that today by simply taking time throughout your day to remind yourself I am a spirit created me. I'm not meant to suffer. I am a spirit created me I am not meant to suffer. That is your miracle for today. Believe it, receive it. Live it from this day forward. And that is how you become that light for everyone else. Celebrate yourself today and celebrate how far you've come in this course. We have now finished part three. I will presume if you're listening to this you've been following along on all of the prior lessons to this point. And I know you have to admit you have changed. You've changed there is no way you could not be changed by this point. And the changes are going to keep coming in the miracles are going to keep happening. Celebrate yourself today.
