Hi, everyone, welcome back to A Course in Miracles. Today we start a 10 day review of the last 20 lessons, you will see that we do this quite often in this course, this is not only just to review and refresh the concepts, but to use this review period to teach you how to apply them. So, like in school, we would call this period the practical application period. Whereas the other lessons, we're just learning the theory. So during the review of part three, we're going to spend two extended sessions each day, you can do one in the morning and one in the evening. And in the sessions, you're going to review the first of the two concepts in the morning. And the second of the two concepts in the evening, you're gonna review this in the typical format that we use of a mindful meditation, you can either choose to repeat the concept to yourself, and just let your mind go and see what messages you receive. Or you can use the pre recorded podcasts which I will put at the end of each review lesson for the day, so that you don't have to go back and download them or find them, they will be part of this podcast. And you can use that as your morning in your evening review. Throughout the day, however, I would like you to take the two concepts that are being reviewed for the day. And if you need to write them down quickly, so that you have them at the ready throughout the day, I highly recommend doing that. But during the day, back to our every hour on the hour, I want you to look at the two concepts I want you to say them to yourself. That's all that's required. This isn't about doing an individual meditation each hour, I just want you to repeat the concept. Reason being, we are trying to train the mind to operate from soul. And from spirit versus from the self. Your conscious waking mind has spent all of your life focused on operating from the self from those false perceptions from living in that untrue reality. We now want to train the conscious mind your waking mind, to operate from soul to get its cues from love and from spirit. And one of the easiest ways to do that is to remind yourself every hour of these concepts that puts them in the forefront of your mind. That makes them a focal point of your waking consciousness all throughout the day. So this is also a training ground here. So please don't ignore this part of the review. Please take the time each day. To do this repetition every hour. The easiest way to do it is to write the two concepts down, put them on your phone, you can set an alarm on your phone every hour to look at that note, or you can remind yourself to look at it you can post it on your computer screen where you're going to see it all day. I just want you to make an active effort to put this in your waking mind for the rest of the review period. So for the next 10 days, this is the goal. A morning meditation and an evening meditation focused on one of the concepts that you were viewing for the day. And then during the middle of your day, every hour, I want you to simply repeat the concepts, put them in the forefront of your consciousness, and let them live there for the remainder of your day to day. Enjoy this review period, really work on actively living from your soul for the next 10 days. Take note of the changes that you experience. And definitely take note of your overall mental state. Are you happier? Are you more at peace? Are you calmer? Be mindful of those changes as well. Have a wonderful review period. And again, the podcasts for today's to review lessons will follow. Have a great day. Welcome back to A Course in Miracles. This is lesson 103 And the concept for this lesson is spirit. Being love is also happiness. Spirit It being love is also happiness. Today's lesson is focusing on the association, that spirit equals love equals happiness. If you set the intention to live your life from Spirit, then you are synonymously making the intention to live your life from love. And additionally, today, we want to also add, you are also making the intention to live your life and happiness, all three are connected, all three are not separate. And therefore, if you have one, you have all three, it is that unity that we need to understand and believe, and therefore, adopt in our life. Love, happiness, spirit, all the same. You cannot have one without the other. If you follow this course, if you want that miracle, meaning you want that perception shift to where you live your life from love instead of fear. You are automatically saying that you want to live your life in connection with spirit, and you want to live your life and happiness, all three together. It is only when we start to believe that somehow we are separate from any one of those things, or that our life can't include any one of those things. Or even worse, we're afraid of having any one of those three, that we find ourselves with fear, with anxiety, with that imbalance in our life with that feeling of sadness and loss. I hate to keep reiterating in saying the word simple. But I don't know how else to put it it is simple. It is a conscious choice. It is simple. You say you want this, you actively work towards it. You say you want happiness, you say you want love, you say you want joy, then you need to reinforce and reconnect with spirit. Because when you have one, you automatically get the rest. And the work can be done. You will never separate from spirit in the first place. That's a complete falsehood. You've always been connected to spirit. So it's not going to be difficult if you want it to reconnect, all you're doing is removing that doubt from your own consciousness. All you're doing is removing that veil from your own eyes. The connection has always been there. You just have to make yourself aware of it again, and use it and dial in. And that's what we've been doing all along in this course through our mindful meditation practice. And that's what we're going to do again today. So today, I want you to focus every hour on the hour with saying, spirit. Being love is also happiness. I can have all three. Spirit, being love is also happiness. And I can have all three. Reconnect today. Make that conscious choice. It is that simple. Hi, it's Gretchen. Welcome to lesson 104 in A Course in Miracles. Today's lesson is I seek but what belongs to me in truth I seek but what belongs to me in truth. That's a very poetic way of saying, All I want is what's already mine. All I want is what's already mine. If you started this course, my presumption is that you were seeking happiness. You were seeking peace, balance and understanding of yourself. You were wanting to live your life authentically. You were wanting to reconnect with and better understand Spirit in your life. You wanted that miracle you wanted that shift from living life in fear to living life from love. And today, we're just reinforcing what we've discussed. indirectly and directly over The last 100 lessons is what you're seeking. It's always been yours. You've always been connected to spirit. Spirit has all only wanted love and happiness for you. That's your birthright. That's the true reality. There is nothing negative from spirit, there's no reason to fear spirit, there's no judgment, there's no sin that needs to be forgiven. There's no wrongs that need to be made, right in order to connect with spirit. All of that is part of this false reality. The truth is, you've always been one with spirit, you're just an extension of spirit. If you live your life, from the soul level, you would understand and recognize that is all you are. Everything else, is just how we understand and learn lessons in this life, to grow as souls. How we try to reach out to others and find that reconnection again. Because there's this false belief of separation. It's so pervasive, that it seems to be the norm, everyone feels that they're disconnected somehow from spirit that they live apart from spirit. And it's the job and the duty and the obligation of those of us who know the truth, who know that we are always part of spirit, to live our lives authentically, and shine that light so that others can see it's possible. And not only is it possible, it's ideal. Everybody wants to be happy. It's just people forgot how that's the easiest way I could say it. People forgot how. And it's up to those of us who know, to provide that light, that example. So that others can say, oh, okay, she's doing it. They're doing it. He's doing it. And they just seem at peace, you know, they just seem happy all the time. I'm sure they have moments. But nine times out of 10. They even seem to you know, overcome those rather quickly. And wonder what it is that they're doing that maybe I can start adopting in my life. And the key lesson, certainly that I make a point of telling people who come to me and ask, what are you doing? And why are you so happy and balanced all the time. I just connected with what was already mine. I just remembered. That's how I started that's, that's me at my soul level. It's only the introduction of other outside forces that would make me unhappy or make me afraid or make me have doubts. But my connection was spirit and who I am as my authentic soul is happy all the time. Because I have love and I give love. And I forgive. And I seek to understand rather than judge. And the way that you get to this point, is by acknowledging that you don't have to work that hard because it's already yours. You already have it. You don't have to earn it. You don't have to be forgiven for anything you've done in your life up to this point. You don't have to write a bunch of wrongs or do some major penance, to somehow get in spirits, good graces, to maybe get it back. You never lost it. It's always been there. You just at some point in your development chose to disregard your connection. You chose to believe the false reality in front of you. You chose to believe that fear and navigating that fear and trying to protect your body from your public persona and your ego was more important than finding out who you really are at your soul level and projecting that forward. You made the outside more important than the inside. So every hour on the hour today. I want you to remind yourself what you're seeking Happiness, the balance, the peace, the love, the joy, all those things that you're seeking are already yours. They're your birthright. So every hour today, remind yourself, you already have what it is you feel may be so far away you already have it. You just have to believe you have and you have to live your life from that belief. Rather than living your life, feeling somehow inferior, somehow undeserving somehow worthless somehow in need of absolution. You don't need any of that. The only forgiveness if any is tissue forgiving yourself, for living your life from fear rather than love and make the shift. Everything you're seeking is already yours.
